Resonate enables companies to build an agile strategy with apps, automation and analytics using low-code solutions.
The low-code and no-code revolution enables companies to build applications that were previously only within the financial reach of large organizations.
The Microsoft Gold Partner and UCC experts Resonatecan help companies deploy various Microsoft apps, automation and analytics solutions to improve outdated processes.
Harkirat Degun, Product Director at Resonatesaid: “The advent of low-code/no-code platforms has completely changed the game.
“Custom apps and tools are nothing new. Businesses enjoy the benefits of these apps, such as: B. tracking shift and schedule changes and ensuring their valuable data is stored securely but accessible within the organization.
“What’s different now is that more businesses than ever can access it. This allows them to change at a pace they have not been able to in the past. Low-code/no-code platforms level the playing field.”
What is the no-code/low-code revolution?
Both low-code and no-code platforms make it easier than ever for companies to build applications to improve their internal business processes.
Low-code solutions are becoming increasingly useful in a post-pandemic world where the need for organizations to be agile is even greater. According to a report by McKinsey & Company, the pandemic has accelerated digital transformation by around seven years, meaning companies unable to cope with this rapid change will be at a major disadvantage.
Low-code requires a basic understanding of programming, while no-code enables anyone, regardless of their technical background, to build business applications with a drag-and-drop approach.
The main benefit of using low-code solutions is that it’s much cheaper to build applications than paying a programmer to build a bespoke app from scratch.
There is also a clear time saving as IT teams can spend their time working on other projects instead of being tied to an app build.
Productivity is another area that can benefit from low-code applications. Employees can easily fill their workflows with tools and apps, and automate some of the tasks they should have done themselves.
Citizen developers are also able to build solutions much faster compared to a traditional development model.
According to a Gartner report, in three to five years, about 65% of enterprise coding will be done with low-code and no-code tools and systems powered by AI and bots.
The Microsoft Power Platform
Microsoft Power Platform consists of five main products; Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents and Power Pages are a set of low-code tools for building apps, workflows, data analysis, bots and corporate websites.
With the Microsoft Power Platform, companies can easily and scalably create both automation and management solutions.
Power Automate enables organizations to use low-code, drag-and-drop tools as well as hundreds of pre-built connectors to automate repetitive tasks that hurt business performance.
Business apps can help increase productivity by reducing repetitive tasks for employees, such as B. synchronizing data with the cloud or notifying colleagues about document updates.
Human resource management applications can replace human resource management processes, including onboarding tasks, time off requests, and shift changes.
Customer experience solutions can also be implemented to help manage answering machine and queuing workflows, for example.
Getting started on the Microsoft platform also offers a great deal of flexibility, as organizations can connect apps and processes with insights via Microsoft Graph and Power BI.
Further flexibility comes from the platform’s ability to integrate with third-party applications.
How can added value swing?
As a Microsoft Gold Partner, Resonate is dedicated to understanding and leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem, including the Power Platform.
Resonate can simplify the deployment process for companies, helping them see all the practical uses of the software and providing development capabilities.
The company says it is also able to support the establishment of a center of excellence that will provide the tools and services to promote the citizen developer strategy within an organization. The Competence Center offers services to support the setup, governance, operation and improvement of low-code/no-code development using the Power Platform.
In addition, Resonate also offers applications based on the Microsoft Power Platform. Resonate Teams’ voice management solution is changing the way employees access and use voice in Microsoft Teams. The tool consists of two elements: an automated request and approval process for assigning phone numbers and policies, and a PowerApp for IT admins to save time processing PSTN voice requests and reduce licensing costs by showing which licenses are available Not used.
The Resonate Call Queue and Auto Attendant Manager enables non-technical staff in organizations to manage their call routing so that business changes can be implemented quickly and easily, while also increasing report visibility and time-to-know. Without the tool, these tasks can only be performed by IT admins with elevated privileges.
Resonate also provides Power BI-driven Teams Voice Quality Insights, focused on highlighting voice quality and usage statistics.
These applications can offer many benefits to businesses and can be integrated with the Microsoft Teams application.
Harkirat Degun, Product Director at Resonatespoke about its low-code offering: “The value of the Microsoft Power Platform is hard to deny.
“It has helped companies of all sizes improve their processes, save time and money, and remain agile in a rapidly changing world. Simply put, it has made them stronger and more efficient companies.
“We go one step further. Microsoft’s Power Platform has made it easier for companies. It has made those solutions viable, but we can take even more burden off their shoulders.
“We are really doubling the power of the Power Platform and helping from all sides. From bespoke development, to driving the Citizen Developer strategy through the center of excellence, to offering our own applications that deliver even more productivity gains for less.”
